Therapeutic coaching is the only style and approach that feels right to me.

When you’ve experienced first-hand, the impact and freedom that Compassion Focused Coaching (CFT) gives you, you want to share it with the whole world! Well, at least I did. It was so liberating and empowering that the desire to coach others was something I couldn’t ignore. 

So, here I am, many years later, doing just that. I have been coaching on so many different levels too, from children with separation anxiety, to adults experiencing relationship difficulties, and I have realised one thing, the journey is so much easier when we have someone alongside us, guiding and supporting, and helping us realise our true potential. 

Having a Coach is like having Sat Nav – we reach our destination sooner and avoid all those unnecessary bumpy roads!
