My fitness coaching and sports therapy background means I am passionate about wellbeing. Quite often a lack of exercise and poor eating habits are directly linked to the emotional aspects of our lives. A good wellbeing strategy means taking a more holistic approach, so considering every component of your wellbeing is essential, from diet and sleep to relationships and exercise, as these all contribute to our mental and physical health.

I’m a compassionate and conscientious coach. I won’t just prescribe exercise, I always consider my client’s emotional state as well as their lifestyle choices and eating habits. They get to share things with me that they may not share with others. It’s a relationship based on confidence, trust and complete honesty.
