Practical, evidence-based sessions for teams, organisations and groups — built on twenty years of coaching, therapy and hospitality experience.
I work with organisations who want more than a wellbeing box ticked, and with groups who want a session that people are still talking about a week later.
Every workshop below runs in more than one format — from a short session that fits inside an away-day agenda, to a full day or a multi-week programme. Each one is adapted to the group in front of me rather than delivered off the shelf.
Sessions that change how a team communicates, performs and looks after itself.
Understanding yourself and others through DISC
Most team problems aren’t capability problems — they’re translation problems. Using DISC behavioural profiling, this workshop gives a team a shared language for how each person thinks, communicates and responds under pressure. People stop reading bad intent into behaviour that is simply different, and start adapting to each other deliberately.
Every participant completes a personal DISC profile beforehand and takes their full report away with them.
Who it’s for: Intact teams of 6–20. Leadership teams, departments, or any group that works together closely.
Formats: Full day · Half day · Full day with individual follow-up sessions
Giving and receiving feedback without dread
Every manager is currently avoiding at least one conversation they know they need to have — and the organisation is paying for that avoidance in underperformance, resentment and eventual resignations.
This is a practical, hands-on session: half of it is spent practising rather than listening. Participants leave with a repeatable framework, and with one specific conversation prepared and scheduled.
Who it’s for: Managers and team leaders. Also works well for whole teams where feedback has broken down.
Formats: Half day · Full day with extended practice
The performance foundation nobody protects
The cheapest performance intervention available to any organisation, and the one nobody addresses. Sleep-deprived people make more errors, take more sick days and manage others worse — and unlike most wellbeing problems, this one responds quickly to good information and small changes.
Includes a module on shift work and irregular hours, which most sleep content ignores entirely. Everyone leaves with a specific seven-day plan rather than good intentions.
Who it’s for: Anyone. The most universally relevant session I run.
Formats: 75-minute session · Half day · Four-week series
Sessions for retreats, venues, member programmes and open workshops.
Move better, and keep moving better
Hands-on and practical. A guided session that works through the areas most of us hold tension in, at a pace that suits the room rather than the fittest person in it. People leave moving better than they arrived, and with a short routine they’ll actually keep up.
Who it’s for: Guest and member programmes, retreats, workplace groups. No experience needed.
Formats: 45–90 minutes · Repeat series
What actually happens, and what actually helps
Almost everything people believe about stretching came from somewhere, and a good deal of it contradicts itself. This session looks at what’s genuinely happening in the body, why so much common advice is confused, and what the evidence actually supports — delivered in plain language, with no jargon and no dogma.
Who it’s for: Anyone curious about how their body works. Pairs naturally with Stretch & Mobility.
Formats: 45–60 minute talk · Combined session with Stretch & Mobility
A whole-person framework for sustainable wellbeing
Sleep, movement, nutrition, mind and stress, and connection. Most people try to fix all five at once, manage it for a fortnight, and conclude they lack discipline.
This workshop does the opposite: identify the weakest pillar, address only that one, and let the others improve as a consequence — which they reliably do, because the five are interdependent. Adaptable to the audience, with a variant built around shift patterns and irregular hours.
Who it’s for: Workplace wellbeing programmes, guest groups, retreats, open workshops.
Formats: Half day · Full day · Five-week series, one pillar per week
Where you are, where you’re going, and what’s in the way
This one isn’t for people in crisis. It’s for the much larger group who are functioning perfectly well and quietly wondering whether this is it.
Participants map eight areas of their life, separate the compromises they’ve genuinely made peace with from the ones that ache, and leave with one clear action rather than a vague resolve to do better. A corporate version — The Wellbeing Wheel — runs the same process across work-focused areas and works well as a team diagnostic.
Who it’s for: Individuals. Retreats, member programmes and open workshops. Corporate variant available.
Formats: Half day · Two-hour retreat session
Group size — Ideal for 6–20 people. Smaller groups work well for coaching-led sessions; the DISC team map needs a minimum of six to be worthwhile.
Where — At your premises, at a venue of your choosing, or online where the format allows. I’m based in the UK and travel.
What’s included — All materials and handouts, plus individual DISC profile reports where relevant. Pre-work is sent in advance for the sessions that need it.
Lead time — Three weeks is comfortable. DISC sessions need a little longer, as profiles must be completed at least five days beforehand.
Pricing — Depends on format, group size and whether DISC profiles are included. Get in touch and I’ll send a rate card or price a specific session.
Tell me about your team or your group, what you’re hoping the session achieves, and I’ll tell you honestly whether I’m the right person for it.
