Happy New Year everyone, I hope you’re settling into it well.

I know for many of us the New Year represents new beginnings. Letting go of stuff, people or habits that don’t serve us well and re-shaping our lives in more positive ways. I always approach a new year with excitement and plans to learn and travel more, but I love setting goals throughout the year, to motivate me and keep me on track. I genuinely hope, whatever is happening in your life right now, you too are approaching this coming year with optimism and vitality; but if you’re struggling in any way, know that I am here to help.

The last few years have been a real period of growth for me. In addition to Physical Therapy, I have shifted some of my energy over to Coaching (Life & WellbeingPodcasting and teaching STRETCHOLOGIE which I absolutely love! Come and try one of my classes and I’m sure you’ll see why. I am now really happy to share my new website with you that I’ve been working on this past year. I’d love you to take a look {links everywhere!} and share with anyone you think would enjoy the information and messages there, or who might even need some support on their journey.
